Hi, I'm Andrew.
I buy used cars for a living. Every day I look at vehicles, work out what they're really worth, and decide what's a fair price to pay. After enough miles in that seat, you start to see where buyers get tripped up, and it's almost never the car itself. It's the process.
Why I made these guides
Most people only buy a car every few years, so they're up against someone who does it all day. I wanted to hand over the same kind of checklist I use: how to size up a car, what to look for, what to ask, and how to keep a clear head when the numbers start flying.
