Don't Overpay Garage ("we", "us") sells digital used-car guides. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email stayhungryfuel@gmail.com.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address, billing information, and what you bought, so we can process your order and send your download link.
Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages to us: anything you send when you email us for support.
Device and usage information: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies so the store works and we can understand how it's used.

How we use it

To process your order and deliver your digital download.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
To improve the store and our guides.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, and email delivery providers, and only as needed to do their job. We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information for money.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to remember your cart, keep the site working, and measure basic traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may not work as well.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email stayhungryfuel@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email. Order and support emails are still sent when needed. You can also use our Your Privacy Choices page.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep order records as long as we need them to run the business, help with download issues, and meet legal requirements.
